The article analyzes coaching interventions as a component of crisis psychological assistance in wartime conditions. The full-scale war in Ukraine has led to prolonged psycho-emotional stress, heightened uncertainty, and exhaustion, which have intensified the need for differentiated, resource-oriented forms of psychological support for the adult population. In this context, coaching is considered a complementary approach aimed not at processing traumatic experiences, but at restoring the individual’s sense of agency, internal locus of control, decision-making capacity, and goal clarity under conditions of chronic stress. The theoretical part of the article examines contemporary approaches to understanding coaching in a crisis context, outlines its distinctions from psychological counseling and psychotherapy, and defines the boundaries of its appropriate application within the system of psychosocial support. Particular attention is paid to body-oriented and art-based coaching approaches grounded in the unity of mental and bodily processes, which contribute to the restoration of self-regulation without direct immersion in traumatic material. It is argued that coaching interventions can perform a stabilizing function by activating internal personal resources and reducing behavioral disorganization. The empirical part of the study examines the subjective effectiveness of coaching support in wartime conditions. The findings indicate a positive dynamic in indicators related to sense of agency, internal locus of control, goal clarity, and perceived resourcefulness. The obtained data confirm that coaching interventions contribute to the restoration of structured action and adaptive functioning under conditions of prolonged military instability. The study concludes that integrating coaching into the system of crisis psychological assistance is appropriate as a resource-oriented tool for supporting psychological resilience and adaptive capacity in wartime conditions.
