CURRENT STATE AND TENDENCIES OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL (PIANO) EDUCATION IN ART INSTITUTIONS OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the current state and prospects of the development of professional art, in particular piano education in higher education. In view of the fact that research on this issue is not enough, the author of the article analyzed work programs in professional disciplines, namely: ‘Fach’ (piano), direction of preparation 025 Musical art and ‘Musical instrument’ (piano), direction of preparation 014 Secondary education (Musical art).The article conducts a comparative analysis of the working programs of these disciplines by the main types of activity, by structure, by purpose, task and results of the course. Depending on the educational program, differences in the number of credits/hours and the total number of hours for teaching these disciplines were analyzed.The article analyzed and focused on the fact that the work program on the discipline ‘Fach’ is focused on musicians of a high level of training. That is, the level of proficiency in performing equipment should be at a professional level, and the specialty program has a somewhat more powerful base for training future performing teachers. When considering the work program in the discipline ‘Musical Instrument’ it was noted that the level of training of applicants for higher education who will study in this direction is somewhat lower.The structure of disciplines is analyzed and described: distribution into modules, content modules and number of topics; practical and independent work (taking into account the number of hours according to the OP); individual research task; training methods, control methods; distribution of points; assessment scale.Based on the results of the analysis, the main tasks and trends in the development of professional (piano) education in art institutions of Ukraine are outlined. In particular, national certainty, preservation and multiplication of achievements of cultural heritage.
