Publication conditions
DOWNLOAD AN INFORMATION LETTER
To publish an article in the journal "Sloboda Art Studies" № 2 (11)/2026, it is necessary until March 31 inclusive:
1. Fill in the information about the author;
2. Send the article formatted in accordance with the requirements and a copy of the receipt of the publication fee payment to misteckistudii@gmail.com
Payment details of the publication fee are provided after receiving confirmation of acceptance of the article for publication.
Academic integrity
The editors of the collection carry out an internal anonymous review of articles and a check for the presence of plagiarism. Articles in the publication are checked for plagiarism using Strike Plagiarism.com software from the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
Prohibition to refer to the aggressor state’s scholarly papers
It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
Publication fee
The publication fee is UAH 1100 (for 12 pages). Each additional page is charged at UAH 40. If desired, authors can order a printed copy . The cost of a printed copy is UAH 800, which is paid in addition to the publication fee.
The editorial board accepts for free publication individual articles by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs, provided that they comply with the established requirements and principles of academic integrity.
Along with the article, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate from the postgraduate department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must bear the signature of the head of the postgraduate department and the official seal.
The author sends confirmation of the payment (scanned receipt or its photo) in electronic form to e-mail misteckistudii@gmail.com
Deadlines
The electronic version of the journal will be publicly available on the official website until May 29, 2026.
The printed version of the journal will be sent to authors who order a printed copy by June 30, 2026.
