DELAYED PSYCHO-SPEECH DEVELOPMENT
AS A MEDICAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL-PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

The article substantiates the medical-psychological-pedagogical approach to determining the delay in psycho-speech development. In speech therapy practice, as well as in the field of special education in general, there is a widespread violation of psychophysical development, which is separated into a group of violations called “delayed speech development”. Given that speech belongs to the cognitive function of the human body, when it is disturbed, all leading mental functions suffer: perception, thinking, memory, imagination. Accordingly, the inertia of speech development, as a rule, indicates the inertia of maturation / formation of leading mental processes... (at least 1800 characters)

Боряк Оксана. Затримка психомовленнєвого розвитку як медико-психолого-педагогічна проблема
У статті обґрунтовано медико-психолого-педагогічний підхід до визначення затримки психомовленнєвого розвитку. У логопедичній практиці, як і в галузі спеціальної освіти загалом, поширене порушення психофізичного розвитку, яке виокремлене у групу порушень, що має назву «затримка мовленнєвого розвитку». З огляду на те, що мовлення належить до пізнавальної функції організму людини, у разі його порушення страждають усі провідні психічні функції: сприймання, мислення, пам’ять, уява. Відповідно, інертність розвитку мовлення, як правило, свідчить про інертність дозрівання / формування провідних психічних процесів... (at least 1800 characters)

Introduction. With the active development of a number of natural sciences (genetics, biochemistry, embryology, general biology, physics, chemistry, ecology, etc.), genetic factors, which are considered to be the cause of more than half of cases of psychophysical development disorders, are becoming more and more important...
Materials and methods. To solve the tasks set in the research, the theoretical method was used (for the study and analysis of scientific and methodological literature, modern scientific and applied research by both domestic and foreign authors, comparison of scientific views in the medical, pedagogical and psychological plane), the empirical method (in particular , abstraction and system modeling during the development of a diagnostic toolkit for determining manifestations of delayed psycho-speech development at an early age).
Research results. Among the modern researches of Ukrainian scientists and practitioners, PTSD is a fairly new direction in view of the sharp increase in the number of children with this disorder. Today, thorough research by Ukrainian authors on the delay in speech development prevails (O. Boryak, L. Zhurba, L. Zhuravlyova, S. Konoplyasta, N. Pakhomova, Yu. Ribtsun, N. Savinova, V. Tarasun, I. Trofimenko, V. Tyshchenko , M. Sheremet and other scientists)
Conclusions. So, delay in psycho-speech development has the following features: a significant lag in the development of impressive and expressive speech, limited vocabulary; the unsatisfactory state of formation of the speech function, which is the basis for developing a system of corrective and developmental measures aimed at overcoming the delay in speech development in the specified group of children...
