РЕАЛІЗАЦІЯ ІНКЛЮЗИВНОГО, ЗДОРОВ’ЯЗБЕРЕЖУВАЛЬНОГО ТА КОМУНІКАТИВНОГО КОМПОНЕНТІВ У ПРОЦЕСІ ВИРОБНИЧОЇ ПЕДАГОГІЧНОЇ ПРАКТИКИ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ МИСТЕЦТВА

Abstract

The article reveals the features of implementing inclusive, health-preserving, and communicative components in the process of teaching practice of future art teachers. The relevance of the study is determined by contemporary requirements for the professional training of teaching staff capable of working effectively in the context of inclusive education, ensuring the preservation of students’ physical and mental health, and establishing effective pedagogical interaction within the educational environment. The research materials include regulatory and legal documents in the field of education, curricula of teaching practice, as well as the results of pedagogical activities of higher education students majoring in A4 Secondary Education (Art. Fine Arts) within the educational and professional program «Art in Educational Institutions». The study employed a set of theoretical and empirical methods, including analysis and generalization of scientific sources, pedagogical observation, and analysis of the results of students’ educational and creative activities. It was established that the implementation of the inclusive component contributes to the development of future art teachers’ ability to organize the educational process taking into account students’ individual educational needs, adapt the content and teaching methods, and apply differentiated tasks. The healthpreserving component ensures the creation of safe and psychologically comfortable learning conditions and forms a responsible attitude toward maintaining students’ health. The communicative component promotes the development of professional communication skills, pedagogical tact, and effective interaction with all participants in the educational process. It is concluded that the comprehensive implementation of inclusive, health-preserving, and communicative components in the process of teaching practice ensures the formation of a holistic professional position of the future art teacher and their readiness for effective pedagogical activity in the contemporary educational environment.
