The information in this scientific article is the result of the analysis of relevant scientific and methodological literature, regarding the optimization of the educational process of formation of professional competences of future specialists of general secondary education institutions, from the point of view of a systematic approach in scientific research. In the modern pedagogical field, significant changes and transformations are taking place, which affect the intensification of the search for new innovations and approaches that would help the subjects of the educational process to learn the educational material in the best way and to form stable and permanent professional skills and abilities. Modern pedagogy faces a rather urgent task − to determine a system of methods and techniques aimed at optimizing the above-mentioned process in the situation of distance learning due to military actions and futuristic continuous disasters of both natural and man-made nature. And education stands out today as a key sphere of human activity, with the help of which the choice of the path of development of all humanity as a whole and each person individually can be determined. The purpose of writing this scientific article is the dialectics and acmeology of the process of formation of laws and mechanisms that ensured the formation of scientific opinion and professional competences of future teachers of the primary subject “Defense of Ukraine” and to form in them a system of scientific activity − intellectual creative activity aimed at acquiring and using new knowledge. For better partnership interaction of the participants of the educational process on the basis of equality, mutual understanding and respect in accordance with the “professional standard of the teacher”, the teacher must develop the following professional competencies: psychological, emotional and ethical, pedagogical partnership, etc. Therefore, in this scientific publication, we analyzed the methodological principles that will help speed up the educational processes of forming the professional competences of the teachers of “Defense of Ukraine”.
