FORMATION OF A VALUABLE ATTITUDE TO ONE’S HEALTH IN THE PROCESS OF PHYSICAL TRAINING OF FOOTBALL PLAYERS AT THE STAGE OF INITIAL TRAINING

Abstract

The development of physical fitness is carried out in accordance with the sensitive period. In addition to physiological reasons for development, physical education and training also play an important role. The purpose of the study was to promote the formation of a valuable attitude to oneʼs health in the process of physical training of football players at the stage of initial training. The pedagogical experiment was carried out on the basis of the Football Center “Barsa” (experimental group) and the Communal Childrenʼs Youth Sports School “Sуmи” (control group) (2022/2023 year), the participant of which was also a masterʼs student. With the experimental group, educational work was carried out regarding the promotion of the formation of a valuable attitude to oneʼs health in the process of physical training of football players at the stage of initial training. A feature of the educational work in the experimental group was the formation of a culture of relationships to oneself, to society, to oneʼs health and lifestyle, and the involvement of the parents of pupils in the educational activities. After all, only the formed need to lead an active, healthy lifestyle in the family will help to strengthen and develop the acquired knowledge, skills, needs in further life activities. Forms of work with parents in this direction include involving them in the release and production of didactic learning material, inviting them to participate in educational events and educational and training classes. Such a form of working with parents as holding parent meetings and consultations of a “situational nature” is of great importance. At the final stage, the number of families who turn to scientific literature or specialists for help in solving conflict situations related to “adult-child” relationships, etc., or simply wanting to improve and develop family relationships, “coach-parent” relationships, has increased.
